Open the Puja Purohit app on your device. Look for the bottom menu bar and tap on the rightmost icon labeled "Profile." This will take you to your profile page where you can manage your account settings.

Find the Delete Account Option

Once you're on your profile page, scroll through the menu list to find the "Delete Account" option. It's the second last option on the list, designed to be easily accessible for your convenience.

Confirm Your Decision

After selecting "Delete Account," a prompt will appear asking you to confirm your decision. This step is crucial to ensure that the deletion process is intentional. Click "OK" to proceed.

Review and Processing

Your request will be reviewed, and the deletion process will be initiated. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your account to be completely deleted from our system. This review period allows us to ensure that all data is securely handled and removed.

If you change your mind or decide to return to pujaPurohit during the review period, you can easily reactivate your account. Simply log in using your existing credentials, and your account will be reinstated.
